Selected Work
8 projects across product design, frontend development, e-commerce, and strategy. Each case study documents the problem, process, and outcome.
I select work where design decisions had measurable impact — not just deliverables. Every project here involved real constraints: tight budgets, legacy systems, multilingual markets, or zero-to-one product challenges. The case studies are structured to show what I owned, what I decided, and what changed as a result.
If you're evaluating me for a senior product design or hybrid design+frontend role, start with Tarkus (end-to-end product ownership) or Squadar (SaaS zero-to-one). The shorter cases show breadth across B2B, e-commerce, branding, and creative technology.
Behind the Selection
These 8 projects span e-commerce, SaaS, B2B, and creative technology — not by accident. I selected work that demonstrates range without dilution: each case study shows a different kind of product challenge, a different stack, and a different type of user.
When I evaluate my own work for a portfolio, I ask three questions: Did I own the problem from start to finish? Did the design decisions produce measurable outcomes? Would another senior designer look at this and say "I see the thinking"? If the answer to all three is yes, it belongs here.
The case studies are structured around context, problem, solution, and impact. I don't present polished deliverables out of context — each case study includes the constraints, the tradeoffs, and what I'd do differently today. That's the kind of transparency I look for when hiring, and it's what I bring to my own portfolio.
E-commerce & Operations
Tarkus, Naturalyst — platforms that process real transactions, manage inventory, and serve paying customers. These projects required deep WooCommerce customization, payment gateway integration, and operations thinking beyond the interface.
SaaS & Real-time
Squadar, VPN Platform — products where architecture decisions directly impact user experience. Real-time voice, privacy-sensitive flows, and zero-friction onboarding defined the design strategy.
B2B & Lead Generation
Fissol, Mundo Gráfico, Payoli — websites where the primary metric is qualified leads, not page views. Information architecture, trust signals, and clear conversion paths drove every design decision.
Creative Technology
The 3D Lab — an experimental space for 3D interaction design in Unity. Pushes beyond traditional web interfaces into spatial and immersive experiences. Not client work, but research that informs my product thinking.
How I Work
Every project in this portfolio followed a structured process — adapted to the client's size, budget, and timeline. For startups, I move fast with lightweight discovery and rapid prototyping. For established businesses, I invest more time in research, stakeholder alignment, and phased rollouts. The common thread: design decisions backed by evidence, not opinion.
I don't believe in design for design's sake. Every pixel, every interaction, every line of code in these projects exists because it solved a real user need or business constraint. Some decisions were data-driven (analytics, A/B tests, user interviews), others were experience-driven (pattern recognition from 9+ years of building products). What you won't find here: hypothetical redesigns of famous apps, unsolicited UI explorations with no context, or work that never shipped to real users. This portfolio is about products that exist in the world, not in a Figma file.
Discovery & Research
Stakeholder interviews, user research, competitive analysis, analytics audit. I map the problem space before sketching a single solution.
UX Architecture
Information architecture, user flows, wireframes. I define the structure and navigation logic before visual design begins.
Design & Prototype
Figma design system, interactive prototypes, usability testing. Design decisions are validated with real users before development.
Build & Ship
Production code (Astro, React, Tailwind, WooCommerce), SEO optimization, performance tuning, and deployment with monitoring.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do you choose which projects go into your portfolio?
I select projects where I owned the design end-to-end and where the outcomes are measurable — not just deliverables. Each case study must demonstrate clear problem-solving, real constraints, and decisions that had impact. I prioritize projects that show range across industries, stacks, and product types.
Do you only show final designs, or do you include process?
Every case study includes the context, problem, solution, and impact — never just polished screenshots. I show the thinking behind the decisions, the constraints that shaped them, and the tradeoffs involved. When I hire, I look for the same transparency, and I apply that standard to my own portfolio.
What is your strongest case study?
If you're evaluating me for a senior product design or design-engineer role, start with Tarkus (end-to-end ticketing platform with WooCommerce, QR validation, and operations dashboards) or Squadar (SaaS voice chat built from zero to one with Astro, React, and LiveKit WebRTC). Both show full product ownership from research to production.
Can you share more details about any project?
Absolutely. Each case study page has detailed sections on context, solution, and technical implementation. For interviews, I can walk through any project in depth — including wireframes, design iterations, technical architecture, and lessons learned. Reach out via the contact page or WhatsApp to discuss.
Do you take on projects outside these industries?
Yes — the industries shown here represent my strongest body of work, but my design and development skills transfer across sectors. I've worked on fintech dashboards, health-tech platforms, real estate marketplaces, and creative tools. The core skills — user research, systems thinking, technical implementation, and stakeholder communication — apply regardless of industry. If you have a project that doesn't fit neatly into these categories, I'd be happy to discuss how my experience translates.
How do you balance design quality with shipping speed?
I don't treat them as opposites. Good design accelerates shipping — when components are reusable, decisions are documented, and patterns are consistent, development moves faster. I invest in the design system upfront so that later iterations take minutes instead of days. That said, I'm pragmatic: in early-stage projects, I prioritize working software over pixel-perfect mockups, and I iterate in production when the learning from real users outweighs the cost of imperfection.
