Packaging / B2B / Food Service

A digital presence built for B2B sales and commercial trust.

Fissol needed a website that reinforced its authority, explained its value proposition, and made it easy for clients in the food industry to get in touch.

Context

Fissol supplies packaging and disposable products to restaurants, hotels, and food service businesses. Their existing digital presence was a basic catalog — it listed products but didn't communicate authority, didn't guide the B2B buyer through the decision process, and didn't generate qualified leads.

The packaging industry is competitive and price-sensitive. Fissol needed to differentiate not by shouting louder, but by demonstrating reliability, range, and service quality before the first sales call.

The Business Problem

Restaurant managers and hotel procurement teams don't browse — they search with intent. If the website doesn't immediately answer "do you have what I need, at professional quality, with reliable delivery?", they leave.

Fissol's existing catalog wasn't structured for that question. The goal was to transform it into a lead-generation asset without losing the product range visibility.

More commercial authority through a better-organized experience.

The brand's communication needed to match the level of service and quality it offered in the food service market. I restructured the information architecture around the B2B buyer's questions: product categories by use case, not just by material; trust signals like certifications and client types; and clear contact paths at every decision point.

The solution prioritized offer clarity, B2B-sensitive navigation, and a structure ready for organic growth. Content was written to match the vocabulary and concerns of professional buyers — not generic marketing language. Every page answers a procurement question.

"This project demonstrates my ability to connect design, technology, and business."
